To make in-team communications easy, all members are asked to create a Yahoo Mail account using your in game name. 2. Although not required of 'Probationary' members, the use of Team Speak IS required to become a full-fledged member. 3. The use of foul language, in server as well as on Team speak is not part of [X4A]. An occasional slip may be overlooked, however... be notified that any member has the right to remind you of our 'keep it clean' policy. 4. Participation: Your participation in the server and forums is important. In the event you are unable to be active or are away on work/vacation for an extended period of time, you must post in the forums of your absence. If you have not posted your absence in the forums, and have become inactive for a period of 30 days, your membership in [X4A] will be put on suspension. Members on Suspension can simply be re-instated if they return within 45 days - No questions asked. Members who have been inactive for 60 days, with no prior post in the forums will be Terminated from the group. Reinstatement can be achieved by a majority vote from current members.
