Tell us a bit about you.

A bit about me? I'm tall, attractive, and girls always give me the 'double take', then run like crazy.

Ok, seriously... Well, my name is Paul, and I live in the Central Valley of California. Home to Gallo Wine (for those of you who buy your wine in huge glass jugs).

I have two semi-grown kids, one off to school as UCDavis, and the other learning to become a Firefighter. Course I guess I shouldn't over look my rescued pet 'Mars' (my cat) who is wondering why I'm typing this instead of telling her to stop bugging me.

I've worked in the Candy & Snack industry for over 27 years. In fact, that's how I acquired my cat. Little dummy actually climbed up my leg as I was inventorying a warehouse full of candy. Course I just happened to be counting "Mars Bars" at the time (hence the cat's name - Mars).
I'm currently an overworked outside sales/customer service specialist that enjoys playing online games.

Besides playing online games, what else do you like to do?

I get a lot of enjoyment working (behind the scenes if you will) for a wonderful group of people, here on X4Aftermath.com (and our servers).
Aside from "online" activities, my most favorite is swimming. Your never too old to swim, and it really helps get you back into shape after a winters worth of Ice Cream, and homemade Strawberry Cheese Cake.

Of course, spending time with my kids is very important to me. Although they no longer need 'daddy' it's still nice to be part of their daily lives, at home or away.

How long have you been playing Call of Duty?

Wow, I started playing Call of Duty from a demo CD that came attached to the back of a magazine (PCGamer I believe). That had to be about 5-6 years ago now, and I still get a lot of enjoyment from the game. I didn't get as excited about COD:UO as other have, however each version of Call of Duty has created some great memories.

What brought you to X4Aftermath?

Determination!

I was originally with another clan.
Really was a great bunch of guys to play with and provide service for.
Due to the ebb and flow of most online games, it was a struggle to put people in the server (including members).

When multiple attempts failed, and members no longer showed they cared by visiting the server, I had the opportunity to get involved with X4Aftermath.

I was determined that if members really cared, and showed it in activity rather than using words which are so easy to hide behind, that X4Aftermath would be my new home.
I'm glad I made the change, yet I do still miss my old friends. However, the opportunities I've had with X4Aftermath only goes to show what can be achieved with an active group of people.

If you had to choose, what's the best thing about X4Aftermath?

This has to be the easiest question of them all...

It's the Friendship!

It's great to be with a bunch of guys that simply want the same thing. To be part of an active community that thrives off one anothers comments and suggestions.

Any final comments you'd like to share?

To the doubters.. The opposite of "Presence" is "absence".
Trample the weak, hurtle the dead.
History is for memories, the Future is where the light is.
